Well, it’s that time again! I have to admit that I feel like a dummy for not thinking about it sooner. The cause of all of our problems lately. The head…the throat…the eyes.
It’s pollen season. At least, here in Texas it is.
Pollen season used to be a link no longer available worse for us, but as we’ve transitioned into a holistic lifestyle, we usually don’t notice it. Unfortunately, we’ve noticed it this year, and it’s time to do something about it.

Make yourself a pretty label, using either washi tape or your silhouette machine, and that’s it! My family is honestly not too fancy with our bottles. We usually just use a sharpie and some washi tape and it gets the job done!
I apply our roller behind our ears and down the back of our necks every day at least twice during the spring. It really helps us breathe easy while spending time outdoors.
A Note on Essential Oils link no longer available When you’re just getting started with essential oils, it’s tempting to go with the cheapest oils you can find to make sure they work. I get it. I’ve been there. Unfortunately, this is a bad idea for several reasons. 1) Most of the cheap oils you can find are actually “fragrance” oils, and not true essential oils. This means they don’t have any therapeutic qualities. They just smell good. and 2) Many cheap oils you can find in the stores have been adulterated to make a more cost-effective (but less pure and safe) product.
After years of trial, error, and tons of research, our family link no longer available uses Young Living essential oils. I love their seed to seal promise and haven’t tried any other brands I liked as much. If you’re curious about getting started, you should check out
