There was a time, not that long ago, that I made it a point to carry bottles of essential oils around with me everywhere I went. You never know when you’ll need them, right?
But the thing is, carrying around full bottles of oil isn’t always practical. They break, and leak, and take up a bit of space. Of course, there’s always roller bottles, but I don’t always want to
like essential oils, either! (Let’s face it, some of the most effective oils don’t exactly make a great perfume).

But, I do prefer to buy my essential oils directly from a company. It’s just too easy to tamper with the bottles, so I prefer to buy from a trusted source.

How to Make an Essential Oil Inhaler link no longer available First, gather all your supplies.
You’ll want to have your inhaler (disassembled), essential oils (see recipes below), tweezers, and a glass dish.
Add about 15 drops of your essential oils to the dish (if you’re making these for kids, stick with 6-10 drops). Using your tweezers, place the cotton wick in the oil and roll it until it absorbs all the oil.
Put your wick into the inhaler and secure the cap on the bottom, making sure it seals all the way.
Finally, put the top on the inhaler and add a label! I made mine using my label maker, scrapbook paper, and packing tape, and they hold up pretty well.
That’s it! Your inhaler is now ready to use. Simply hold it under your nose and take a few deep breaths. (I mean I’ve seen people stick them
